5-Panel Flat Bill Trucker

6 Panel Flat Bill Trucker Hat
A six-panel crown adds a center-front seam and gives the hat a different front appearance from a five-panel construction. Send your artwork and preferred front material so we can assess the seam position, crown shape and logo placement before sampling. Flat Bill Foam Trucker Hat

Camo Flat Bill Trucker Hat

Front Materials
For fabric-front styles, send your preferred cotton or cotton-blend reference. For foam-front styles, describe the surface and firmness you want. Other materials can be reviewed against the selected construction, with the final material confirmed during sampling and quoting.
Mesh, Closure & Colors
Specify the mesh material, closure and color combination you need for the project. If you are considering nylon or polyester mesh, a plastic snap, hook-and-loop closure, or another adjustable option, include it in the inquiry so we can confirm compatibility with the selected construction. Logo Decoration and Placement
The front material, panel seams, and logo position all affect the decoration method.
Send your artwork and preferred placement, together with any requested technique such as flat embroidery, puff embroidery, patches, printing, or appliqué. We will assess the method, artwork detail, and available decoration area on the selected hat before the sample is approved.
Sample Review and Bulk Approval
Review the sample from the front, side, and back against the agreed specification, including the crown shape, flat brim, mesh, closure, colors, and logo placement. Any changes should be approved before bulk production begins. Sample terms and production timing are quoted after the construction and artwork have been reviewed.

Can I Split the Order Between Different Colors?
Yes, include the planned quantity for each color combination in your inquiry. We will review the front, mesh and brim colors together with the total quantity and confirm the applicable color split in the quote.
Can You Work From a Reference Hat or Tech Pack?
Yes. Send a reference image, sample or tech pack together with your required quantity and artwork. We will review the construction, materials and decoration details before confirming the sample specification.
What Artwork Should I Send for My Logo?
Send the highest-quality logo file available together with the preferred placement and decoration method. If the artwork needs adjustment for embroidery, patches, printing or appliqué, the required changes can be reviewed before sampling.
Can a Logo Cross the Center Seam on a 6-Panel Hat?
It depends on the artwork and decoration method. If the design crosses the center-front seam, we review the seam position, logo size and production method before the sample is approved.
Can I Mix Different Front, Mesh and Brim Colors?
Yes. Send separate color references for the front, mesh and brim. The combination is reviewed against the selected materials and construction before sampling and quoting.
What Happens If I Need Changes After Reviewing the Sample?
Send the required changes after reviewing the crown shape, flat brim, mesh, closure, colors and logo placement. The revised specification should be approved before bulk production begins.
Can I Reorder the Same Flat Brim Trucker Hat Later?
Keep the approved sample and final project specification as the reference for a repeat order. Material availability, colors, quantities and any required changes should be reconfirmed when the reorder is placed.
