HENGXING Caps & Garments Co., Ltd. is located in Baigou Industrial Zone, Baoding, Hebei Province, China. Since 1992, we have continued to develop our production capabilities for custom headwear and international B2B orders.
Our factory brings together product development, cutting, embroidery, sewing, finishing, quality inspection, packing and warehouse operations to support a more coordinated production process.

Every custom cap moves through multiple production stages before it is ready for final packing and shipment.
Fabric and trims are prepared according to confirmed specifications.
Cap panels and components are cut based on approved patterns.

Panels and structural components are sewn into the cap body.
Brims, sweatbands, closures and other components are assembled.
Caps are shaped, cleaned and prepared for final inspection.
Workmanship, measurements, logos and appearance are checked.
