Approve the Decorated Sample and Inspection Standard
Compare the decorated sample with your reference from the front, both sides, back, and inside. Check center-seam alignment, left-to-right balance, crown depth, head fit, brim shape, closure, and the way the artwork interacts with the seam.
Record the approved logo size and position from agreed reference points together with the fabric, color, labels, and packing requirements that apply to the order.
Keep the approved sample reference, photos, and written specification under the same revision number. Submit the required measurement tolerances and project-specific inspection criteria for review before bulk production.
If the fabric, pattern, decoration, or size range changes, review whether the sample approval or inspection criteria also need to be updated.
